COVID-19 Information

Black Robin Exclusive Tours and Transfers is fully operational under alert level 2 and onwards, having implemented a Covid 19 safety plan.

The safety and security of our customers and our team is paramount. On top of our already robust Health & Safety practices we have introduced the following protocols during this time:

• All services are on a fully exclusive and private basis
• All vehicles are fully cleaned and sanitised pre and post each use
• We ensure social distancing practices are in place by utilising larger vehicles
• Hand sanitiser, antibacterial wipes and tissues are provided in vehicle for the safety, security and added peace of mind for customers and drivers/guides
• Customers can request that air-conditioning be turned off and that windows be opened while the vehicle is in transit
• All meet and greet and luggage handling services are managed contactless
• Our driver / guides obtain regular medical clearances and are obligated to report and stand down in any event they feel unwell
• A contact tracing system is in place. All personal details captured are solely for that purpose
• Cancellation fees are waivered if customers report they are feeling unwell

We recognise the heightened importance of maintaining the above best practice protocols throughout and beyond the period of which this virus may be a threat and all care and planning has been managed accordingly.
